Prior to joining Sugmya, she worked with India's Top 20 Personal Loan Company in the Secretarial & legal Department as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She comes with rich experience in RBI Compliances, legal matters including drafting ,vetting & negotiating legal document. Skilled in Implementing secretarial compliances, Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Team Leadership, Fund raising .
